Chrome Panansonic Help

I picked this up at the weekend,serial # 8G13132
It was a complete bike, GB bars,Suntour Barcons and drivetrain,Sakae SR 170mm cranks
I read elsewhere in this forum that the DX1000 was the only full chrome model,
Is that what I have??
From the date codes on derailleurs , brakes and cranks it is Circa 1978
Any more info you can share on this will be appreciated.
This should be cool winter project, hopefully it will be done to dazzle people in the spring sunlight
Thanks
AL
Oh and sorry for the crap pictures-I spent so long polishing that the ligth was fading
so i rushed them.

Oh, and in my opinion...nothing black (or any other strong colour) should go on that bike!

Silver, chrome, and white will dazzle. I sure hope you find some silver braided cable housing!

Stunning frameset. What's the story?

I'm afraid I do not concur.
Black housing, hoods, and maybe black paint comps would underscore man's inner conflict between light and dark.

Yes, Chrome with red engravings, cables and tire stripes, white bartape and saddle, silver wheels and black pedals and tires.

Could look quite nice.
