I was wondering if anyone could tell me the model or their value.

The seller said:

You are bidding on a used set of mavic wheels laced to Normandy hubs.

-Spoke tension is good.
-uses Presta valve tubular tires
-Comes with quick release skewers
-Comes with front tire, but tire is not the best condition
-Comes with 5 speed cassette
They were pulled off a Gitane service course.
