No. give it to me.

Seriously though that's a cool bike. I just got an alumicross which I believe has the same aluminum and steel frame. The downtube shifters are odd and the fork isn't original, but it's a nice bike.

I concur with the non-original fork, Miyata did not mix caliper and cantilever brakes on these models. Replacement forks are a pretty relialbe indicator of a front end crash, so there's a good chance of main triangle damage too. If you're planning to buy, look it over well for paint damage just behinf the head lugs.

Whiloe I have not personally expreienced any problems with Miyata's APA bonded frames, some of the European members have reported problems.

This is what I thought might had happened, but the guy I bought it from have the original fork, I think he was trying to make it a regular road bike or something.. He just pieced it together with mix parts, I'm hoping to get it back to original, what parts did this come with , bar-end shifters ?

Actually, OEM was Shimano 500LX Rapid Fire shifters with an SR CLE-100 flat bar. Stem appears to be original, but stripped of its black finish. Saddle is also non-original. Everything else appears OK. If you get it, PM me the serial number for my database. Thxs.

Bikes: Seriously downsizing.

Can you get the original fork? If so, I'd swap it back.
One of my favorite bikes is a Triplecross set up with drops. That stem looks a LOT nicer than the Nashbar ATB stem I ended up using.
