Dropout adjuster screws

Does anyone know where to find a pair of those dropout adjuster screws for an old Bianchi? I've tried my LBS's and searched the web today without any luck. I think they're 3mm X 30mm + or - with a spring and a small knurled nut.

Those will probably work unless you need a non-standard size. Alternately, my LBS has 'em and I could drop some in the mail but that'd be more expensive. I think he still has some weird-sized ones though, unless I've snapped them all up by now.
