I'm looking for a tall 8+ inches stem. Preferably threaded. Diameter .833 (21.1). I would prefer a 26mm clamp size, but a 25.4 will do. I've looked on the net, but just can't seem to find one.

I'm trying to make a bike that is too small for me fit properly. Seat is raised high enough, but stem needs a few more inches. Next time I'll just get the proper sized frame, but this was a good deal. Thanks

I did see that one. It is tall, but I really need to raise the handlebars 2 or 3 inches, I don't know if that'll be enough.

Is it hard to stretch a 25.4 clamp to fit a 26mm handlebar? I figured it wouldn't be a big deal.

Your LBS should be able to order this through J&B Importers. It a 21.1 with most likely a 25.4 clamp. It has a 10in rise.

I'm pretty sure that's the same stem that was discussed in an earlier thread started by the OP, it turns out it has a 22.2mm clamp diameter, apparently the BMX standard-

That could be... but is is listed with MTB stems, not the BMX. They also have one with a 22.2 quill, so there are apparently some variations on the theme.

I have that long stem that I've used in the past on one of my Schwinns. It fit the .833 fork. I don't need it any longer. PM me if you would like to work a deal. I'm not certain about bar size but I can take a measurement later.
