Hello.
This has been my project for a week. I worked on it three hours a day, mostly cleaning it up.
When I got it, the body was covered with rust, the brakes were broken, tires flat.
Anyways, I'm really happy about it. It looks great up front. I'm gonna give this to my girlfriend for valentines day.
I was wondering what would you value this bike at, craigslist price?

The front fender is on backwards...
Craiglist can be a crazy place to sell things, you could easily sell it in the $75 to $100 region, if the right buyer comes along a bit more - but it does not appear to be a very old so far as middleweight bikes go, looks like it has a Shimano 3 speed hub.

Nice bike and a good job of cleaning it up! I've always liked the lines on the men's Compact and have been fighting the urge to buy the one that's been on ebay lately.
I'm sure your gf will enjoy it. It will be the best $100 bike she's ever ridden. Promise.
