ID simplex shifters

these almost look like the LJ shifters on the Cr site but have an older logo and no plastic wingnut things..
I am guessing that they may just be an earlier version of the LJ. What derailleurs would these have been paired with? I am assuming these are late 60s?

Those are almost identical to the ones I pulled of my Juventus, with the exception of the logo on the finger grips. On mine, the logo is the same as the one on the center of the clamp. My bike is probably from 1969-70, and the front derailleur was that awful injection molded plastic thing, and the rear was surely a match, although on mine it had been swapped out.
