Raleigh Frame & Campy Hub ID
Thanks and according to Cuda888k, I picked up what I beleive to be a 1982 Raleigh Prestige. The frame is dark blue (bad pics
) cut out lugs, 531 reynolds frame and fork. The serial # is N2G0228. Is this indeed an 82' and would anyone be able to direct me to any info? The bike came with a mix of components,(Suntour, SR, Campagnolo, Cinelli) and tubular wheels. The pic of the rear wheel is a campy hub and could anyone tell me anyting about? I have not seen one like it before.
All in all not bad for $100.( I was able to work him on the price Kurt!) The odometer that came with it has 1184 miles on it.

And that Raleigh is definetly one of them! Very nice find!
BTW, the Merlin is coming together slowly.
I rode it day before yesterday.
No cranks or driveline and only a front brake, coasting down the driveway to the end of the street.
So far, so good.
It's very light! .
