Help with frame ID
 

Anyone know what kind of frame this is? Google revealed nada. The title of the ad is Saint Tropez?http://farm1.static.flickr.com/185/4...1969a4e6_m.jpg

You'll have to show us and tell us more about it. There is hope of something good in the chromed rear stays.

St. Tropez: An un-distinguished low-end marque. Some of these are Taiwanese, not French. The bottom of the barrel.

Not an inspiring beginning, but check the components and see if there is a frame tubing sticker. Also the dropouts: forged = good, stamped = not so much.
