Help with frame ID
Anyone know what kind of frame this is? Google revealed nada. The title of the ad is Saint Tropez?

You'll have to show us and tell us more about it. There is hope of something good in the chromed rear stays.

Not an inspiring beginning, but check the components and see if there is a frame tubing sticker. Also the dropouts: forged = good, stamped = not so much.
