Help-Not sure what type of bike this is

Just wondering if anyone knows what type of bike this is, because the model name was rusted off the top bar when i got it and restored it.
The bike has Reynolds 531 Forks and frame, and has weinmann brakes, and it had town handlebars when i got it if that's any help. Also, it has Suntour shifters and rear derailleur.

Any help would be appreciated, and somewhere to buy replacement vinyls would be good.
Thanks.

It's a Dawes, says so on the downtube. Flip it around so we can see the drive train.

Bikes: have about 30 bikes right now

Reynolds 531 is the good stuff. Are the shifters straped on or braze on? If thay are braze on then I dont think the town handlebars were original. For replacement vinyl(seat?) check the thread here c&v friendly bike shops thay may have some good old stuff or try ebay there are a couple leather brooks sadles going cheap right now.

From: My response would have been something along the lines of: "Does your bike have computer controlled suspension? Then shut your piehole, this baby is from the future!"

Bikes: to many to list

Good point. I deleted my earlier ? about stacey's non-rat avatar. (And I'll delete this one later.)
