parting with the Racycle

Im ready to part with my Racycle as I dont think Im ever going to get the chance to restore her, I know that I can make a small fortune parting her out, but I dont do the "chop shop" thing, Id prefer a trade, if anyone can give me an idea of a price I would truly appreciate it, I dont want to ask for something that might not be a fair trade for either me or the other guy, although I am asking for an Italian bike in trade as we speak, here are the pics.
