Wards Hawthorne Tandem
Just picked up a Wards "Hawthorne" from a nice guy in Livonia. $150.00 for a like new late seventies (I'm guessing right now) green and chrome machine. It is in such good shape. Weighs a lot. I would have to say around 50 to 60 pounds with all the steel. My wife said she would try tandem with me so we were going to test ride a modern one (still might) but when I found this one on craiglist for the price of a dinner out I had to pick it up.
