My buddy just bought an old Raleigh Grand Prix that he's converting to a fixie. From what we can tell, it's early to mid '70s, but we're trying to identify the exact year. The serial number is GL422100.
Does anyone know of a resource for checking serial numbers or just flat out know what year that would be?

Raleigh serial #s can be somewhat unreliable, but going on the scheme that's here, your have a built-in-Holland August 1974 Grand Prix.
