??Pre-war?? flatbar.
At first I though that it was a Schwinn since the serial number is D94086 (but now I think it's pre-war); followed by a C with a W inside of it, not sure what that means, but here are the schwinn serial numbers: https://www.bunchobikes.com/serialnumber3.htm.
The sticker on the front is just a winston cup sticker that was on there, the fork used to be blue with a white stripe, and the original color (under the BB at least) is candy apple red.

i might be wrong...
but the kickstand mount looks wrong for Schwinn (and Schwinn built)
Did Schwinn always use the same mount?
