Suntour Derailer spec's

I think I saw a paper giving all the spec's of all the Suntour derailers on a thread in this forum but can't find it. I would like to know if a cyclone II rear derailer will handle a 32t rear cog. I have a cyclone II derailer and a 14t to 32t Schwinn wheel set and want to use it on a "75 Raleigh Mixte. Thanks

Bikes: 62 Falcon, 58 Raleigh Lenton Gran Prix, 74 Raleigh Pro, 75 Raleigh Int, 75 Raleigh Comp, 76 Colnago Super, 75 Crescent, 80 Peugeot PX10, plus others too numerous to mention!

There are long cage and short cage Cyclones, I believe. A long cage should work for sure, but a short cage may be "stretched". Of course you can always change the cages!

A long cage MkII will work, the shorter cage will not.

I've got a Cyclone II GT, it's a long cage derailleur and it will handle a 32t large cog. I was under the impression that the only difference between the standard Cyclone II and the Cyclone II GT is that the GT has a longer cage, therefore giving it more chain wrap capacity which is a different issue than max. cog capacity. The only place it says "GT" on my derailleur is on the cage itself, where it's stamped "GT." FWIW, I believe the chain wrap capacity of the GT model is 34t-
