A bike for clowns?

This is on eBay - from reading the text, I think he's just done this to show how long the seat tube is, but I LOVED the pic!

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.

Not a bike for me, for sure!

That's obscene.

And he should have lowered the stem.

Reminds me of the time I walked into an LBS here in Houston. Yao Mings' bike was standing up on display. Had his name on the frame and the whole deal. The seat was about at the middle of my chest, and I'm 6' 1".,,,,,BD

Bikes: 2007 Surly Long Haul Trucker 54cm (Commuting/Wanna' go tour so bad), 1985 Trek 670 21" (Road), 2003 Gary Fisher Tassajara 17" (MTB), Cannondale DeltaV 600 (commuterized MTB), some junker bikes in my garage

Now all it needs is a track stem and a 26" front wheel for that time trial position.

Bikes: Still have a few left!

Similar to what I tried with this 45cm frame in an attempt to make it fit my oldest grand daughter after her growth spurt. Didn't work! Here's the before & after shots.

I wonder if someone was acually tall enough to ride it [with high rise handlebars of course], it would acually bend the frame.

Bikes: Mostly English - predominantly Raleighs

I know someone who would enjoy that frame and seat post - but not the bars or the position of the shift levers.

It's almost long enough to make the bike worthy of converting into a sweet fixie.

Guess what? I got a fever! And the only prescription.. is more seatpost!

I gotta have more seatpost, baby!

Bikes: Colnago (82, 85, 89, 90, 91, 96, 03), 85 Cinelli, 90 Rossin, 83 Alan, 82 Bianchi, 78 Fountain, 2 x Pinarello, Malvern Star (37), Hillman (70's), 80's Beretto Lo-Pro Track, 80's Kenevans Lo-Pro, Columbus Max (95), DeGrandi (80's) Track.

I've snapped a seat post which could have been quite disasterous for me. I can imagine the outcome if that post snapped!

Great photo.
