Puch 140?

Any ideas on this bike guys? I found one on my local craigslist for a good price, but I've never heard of it before. The owner said he thinks its italian. Anyways, thanks for the help.

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.

I think the one you are looking at is a re-badged Puch Bergmeister (so, Austrian) but sold by Sears as a 'Ted Williams' Free Spirit.

I'd only offer about half of what he wants ($110, if I remember correctly), unless it's in absolutely perfect shape. It's a decent bike, but not very high end.
