Ever heard of Noordster???

Has anyone ever heard of this Bike. By the name I would think it was a Dutch company but I have no idea. Lates.

The auction ended before I could bid, but I sent the seller a message to see if he would part with for 15. I don't need it, but since it will be cheap.....what the heck. If i do get it, if you or anyone is interested I'll part with it for the price I get it plus shipping.
