What age Record BB and cranks? The spindle length changed over the years. The most recent square taper 103mm Record/Chorus BB will only work w/recent Record & Chorus. Older double lengths range up to 115.5mm. Need more info.

I think there is a 1mm difference between last generation super and nuovo record english and italian threading. The spindle length will be too long for modern chorus or athena if it is one of those groups, but I am not up to snuff on newer spec. I think C-record and early chorus used 111mm BBs... so if it is one of those groups you are bidding on then it is quite possible they are compatible.
