Nothing .. 700Cs are different enough to not work, much smaller than 27" you could try but the radius is quite different . I've seen clip-ons for 26" and 700s,never 27". An old junk Schwinn or such with 27"s ....

Blumels will work but try and find them NOS. I have used Esge & Zefal successfully though, the difference between 700c & 27" is not that great. I'm sure you could make the more expensive Giles Berthaud Stainless Steel fenders fit since they have more coverage than most others. Probably you can fit the Planet Bike fenders too & they come with a flap. Don

What will fit is going to depend on your bike and how much clearance you have for fenders. Basic black Planet Bike, as Don says, is a good start and relatively cheap.

What was that other brand of fenders. Someone used some recently. I think they're aluminum? I went to their website, but was an idiot and forgot to bookmark it. They were fairly reasonable.,,,,BD

Unique Vintage Steel
not sure what old and new is saying, but I've run fenders made for 700c on multiple 27" bikes. I used the Planet Bike Hard Core fenders - the Hybrid/XC width to cover the 1 1/4" tire.

I have used the 700cc SKS fenders with 27" wheels with no problems. Use the 45mm width to get good tire coverage. I prefer the SKS to Planet bike etc. because of the breakaway/quick release feature built in to the front fender. It is nice when somethig gets caught between the fender and tire or if to are not paying attention and hit it with your fooot during a low speed manuver, that the fender pops out of its holder and is easily snapped back in, rather than having to rebend stays like on the Plante bike fenders I had. YMMV

Vello Orange selles the whole Honjo kit for about $75.

Peter White has the Gilles Bertoud Stainless Steel fenders complete for about $50

I just got a set of the Berthoud's for my chrome Paramount and they come pre-drilled, the Honjo's do not.

I like the Planet Bike Hardcore Road in black. I have them on my Nishki with 27's and they fit great and we easy to install.

I got a set of the ESGE/SKS fenders for my wife's Fuji, also a 27'er. As Fender1 points out, they have a nice feature of popping out if something wedges in there, and they are "cooler" looking but were much harder to install.

I just looked up a cyclometer setting, and a 700X23 is 6 cm less in circumference than a 27 X 1 1/4
In radius, isn't that under 1 CM difference? If running a larger 700c tire, it could actually be the same or larger (remember 29" tires are wide 700c tires).
I would ask the LBS for a suggestion and expect them to stand behind their guidance, but I would guess any 700C sized fender good for touring tire widths would probably work on a 27" tire... As someone has mentioned above for a specific fender.
