From: Still stuck in hell.

Bikes: 2011 SE Old Man Flyer.

Bottom bracket, it's what the spindle and bearings are.

From Sheldon Brown's webpage. Almost everyting you would want to know about a bike is on his website. A good learning tool.

Thank's,

Bottom bracket,I'd call it crank/bearing set.

I havn't been biking in a while, and need to refresh on some terms.

I'm trying to get a vintage Nishiki up to ride,I managed to grease the dry bearings on the wheels,a little more TLC and I'll be riding.

Been a long time since I worked on a bike so need some refresh on maintenence.

Cleaned/Greased the dry wheel axles,I guess next I need to clean/grease the BB and front headset ?

Thank's

Just a 411 for your "terms" file. There is only one headset on a bicycle, and it's alway in front!
So just "headset" will suffice.
