Get Shorty...

...some smaller crank arms. Anybody know where I can get a crankset with 155mm -160mm crank arms?

...or get some long ones (175 or so) and cut them down/retap new pedal ends...there's a Midwest guy with a mechanic's website who does a lot of this and shows how it's done. I think he'd make them up for you, too. I lost the link to his site, anybody know the one I'm refering to?

And the advantage with many 175 mm cranks is that they are often offered at bargain prices as overstock.

that is the recommended method, the other method is purchasing new cranks from TA specialties so make them in your desired sizes. I bought 185mm TA crank last year. Verdict... I like my 180mm record cranks best.
