Fleur de lis lugs-Who?

There is a guy I see around town who is riding a beautiful old track frame that has fleur de lis lugs. I can never catch him to ask him what his bike is. Being From NOLA, I have a love of that particular symbol. who used them?

well actually I was thinking of Pantos so not a marinoni if we're talking lugs, marinoni just sprung to mind when I heard fleur de lis!

Bikes: Crap. The box is not big enough...

Look at the arabesque thread just a little up from this one. The lugs end in fleur de lis...if this is what you saw, you gotta steal the bike and send it to me....
