could use a helping hand

greetings bike forum folk!

Due to a nasty run-in with a car last month, I will be spending the next half year or so convellesing at my family's home in cen. texas. As I am very bored and sans my favorite mode of two wheeled transportation, (it was mashed under the car) I have purchased a frameset on ebay and look forward to building it out in my spare time. Its a Raliegh, I don't know what the SN# is yet, and the research I have done online has come up inconclusive. (I couldn't even find a positive match w/ sheldon brown) The fork and handlebars look like those used on the Clubman models, and the frame has the same relaxed geometry but its got some crazy 70s-80s style font on it. Its got a 46t chainwheel which was pretty standard on the Clubman, but its missing the heron logo. Argh! I need help so that I can finish the bike out. It is very difficult for me to travel to the LBS so I'd like to get as much info and as many components as possible so I can narrow my trips from 20 to say maybe 5. My intent is to make it a fixie. Thats what I've riden for years and its what I love.
Its ebay listing # 250141503055
any help is appreciated!

My impression is this is a junior frame made for 24" wheels. That's just a guess...hope to be wrong unless it's what you really wanted to buy.
Edit: Raleigh also offered junior framed bikes with 26" wheels, depending on the frame size. Here's a link to Mark Bulgier's site that has several Raleigh catalogs, but nothing I see that's exactly like yours:
