Seems to me like a mis-placed decimal there.

From: My response would have been something along the lines of: "Does your bike have computer controlled suspension? Then shut your piehole, this baby is from the future!"

Bikes: to many to list

I have a 20" Haro Blammo that I paid $800 for, and a friend of mine bought a 16" Haro for about $600.00, a lot of people collect them for the same reasons we collect C and V road bikes, just a different crowd of collectors is all but not really that different

I understand the nostalgia thing, but they would seem to be unrideable for an adult. Either my knees or my jaw would be a casualty within the first 5 miles.

I have a few, but finding parts was crazy. Paid $53 for a set of grips from the UK, which seems to be where ALL of the vintage BMX stuff is for some reason. $43 plus shipping for a stem. Everything you find is the right style but wrong color, as vintage BMX bikes have to be all the same color anodized parts. Otherwise they look ridiculous. Every once in a while you get lucky, though. I found a Hutch Expert racer complete except for the wheels for $5. You want to see nutty?? Try a search on Hutch frames and parts! Namely Pro Neck stems! Try $190+ for a stem, lol. Suddenly Campy road bike cranks and derailleurs start to look affordable.,,,,BD
