I cannot seem to find ANY information or pictures of this bike. If anyone knows when it was made, or any additional info about it, please, please, please, tell me!

Probably Schwinn built, can't really tell by that tiny picture. Try saving as a JPG you'll get a bigger picture at the same file size. Handle bars are wrong, fork is bent. rattlecan/housepaint paint job. Maybe good to part out... or not.
