Brand New Exxon Graftek
Here's my exxon graftek that I rebuilt. I took a broken 62cm frame and cut into sections, removed the old lugs, assembeled using new rechromed graftek lugs and space industrial epoxy into a new 54cm frame with 700 wheels, ressesed brakes, and 10 speed rear spacing. I copied my newer colnago geometry. Rides great and looks awesome.

From: My response would have been something along the lines of: "Does your bike have computer controlled suspension? Then shut your piehole, this baby is from the future!"
Bikes: to many to list

Wow!
That is a sharp looking blend of old and new. Must be the most rideable graftek carbon frame around these days.
Is the BB a bit flexy, like some other bonded frames?
P.S. If you are riding it, consider adding a chain dog, and maybe a chainstay protector. Hate to see that chainstay chewed up by an errant chain, $#@& happens.

flexing
It's not as flexy as an original frame. When I redid the tubing, I made sure to shape and butt the ends of the tubes to match the adjoining tube, the original frames were just inserted into the lugs about 3/4 of the way with square ends. I think that helps and the epoxy I used is very strong and stiff with no shrinkage.

Another one
I have a Graftek 57cm w/ many original NR components (no r der) I have to cull from the herd. The frame is intact. The fork is stainless (I didn't install it myself, so I don't know the history), but matches well. No signs of a wreck, etc. Thought I was going to make a single speed, but ran out of wife's patience. Anyone interested? I will post on CL in LA area soon. Would like it to go to someone who will appreciate and preferably ride it.

50 cm
I live in the Philly area and have a 50 cm complete Exxon Graftek. I am planning on selling on CL soon. All Campy NR, cinelli bars/stem, except for a mismatched rear hub which is a Normandy. I have the original owners card. It is a beauty and I have been going back and forth about selling....

What did you pay for the frame on ebay? I have two Exxon Graftek bicycles that I want to list on ebay. Both are in great condition, one is built up with vintage Campagnolo Super Record parts (this was my father's bike), and one is built up with Campagnolo Nuovo Record parts (my brother's bike). I am looking to downsize and can no longer store them.

Hello dctrjl, welcome to the forums. Since the last thread in this post is two years old what he paid it not an issue now.
Start a new thread in the C&V apprasail section https://www.bikeforums.net/forumdispl...-and-Inquiries
Taks some good pics of the bikes and post them or a link to them. I never saw one but these seem like great bikes.
Also you may consider a paid membership and sell them here on our sale thread. You may not get absolute top dollar but you will get a fair price and your bikes will go to a loving caring home, not some chop shop.
While this is just a frame it is a good example of what pics and info are need to ID/Value a frame https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...ame+that+frame
