German bicycles

Hi I am seeking more information on a bicycle that is from Western Germany. I believe it is a muscle bike. On the back of the seat, is a metal stamp marked "Denteld" Please advise if you have any information regarding background/value. Also, have another bike, needing information on style/make/model/value. The only information I have on this bike is the "PERSONS" stamp on the metal plate. Thanks in advance! The pictures will not post, please email me for pics.

Bikes: 1959 Capo Modell Campagnolo; 1960 Capo Sieger (2); 1962 Carlton Franco Suisse; 1970 Peugeot UO-8; 1982 Bianchi Campione d'Italia; 1988 Schwinn Project KOM-10;

German bicycles are rare in the U.S., although I have seen a Rickert or two. Austrian bikes from Steyr-Daimler-Puch, sold under various marques including Sears, AustroDaimler, Puch, and Steyr, are far more common here.

Classicrendezvous.com may not help you with a muscle bike, but it is a treasure trove of information on vintage road bikes, including a few from Germany.
