If it has sentimental value, there's no harm in saving/restoring it. If you're looking to fix it and make a profit selling it - no chance of that.

I found an AMF that had "made in Austria" on the head tube decal, so I think that it was made by Puch. It has lugs and a cottered crank instead of welded and one piece crank.

I think a "Puch" AMF would be worth saving, but thats me, and I became the,, errr...proud owner of a "Ted Williams" Free Spirit yesterday.
