Event Systema?

Hey everyone. I was looking for a used bike and found one in the correct size but have never heard of the make and model. Supposedly it is called an Event Systema. Any information about it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

From: boogled up in...Idaho!

Bikes: Crap. The box is not big enough...

Sounds like earthquake monitoring equipment. Seismological bicycle.

Lessee. Go for a ride, if the ground buckles and you fall over, that is probably about Richter 7 or so.

Luker, that's funny! Stop picking on the newbie. It's my turn. I had one of those bicycles. Came with a seatpost without a seat. It was called the Eventful Enema.

From: Lancaster County, PA

Bikes: '39 Hobbs, '58 Marastoni, '73 Italian custom, '75 Wizard, '76 Wilier, '78 Tom Kellogg, '79 Colnago Super, '79 Sachs, '81 Masi Prestige, '82 Cuevas, '83 Picchio Special, '84 Murray-Serotta, '85 Trek 170, '89 Bianchi, '90 Bill Holland, '94 Grandis

Hey, wait a minute! If you rearrange the letters in "Event Systema" they spell "Masi Special!"
Oh, no wait, they don't ...

Never heard of it. But it's no older than the mid-1980s on the basis of the unicrown fork. The stem mounted shifters levers typically indicate a low end model.
