A couple questions for the experts
I'm in the process of maybe aquiring a few bikes and parts and need a little info as I have no experience with these type bikes. One is a cannondale aluminum criterium frame with campagnolo componants, chorus and athena,
with veloce brake lever/shifters. late 80's vintage I believe.
Next is a early-mid 90's fuji, full shimano
ultegra/600. 8 speed cartridge hub, STI levers, etc.
next is a mid-late 80's raleigh technium tri-lite that's been converted to a fixed gear.
I think all three bikes have look pedals.
Also included is some assorted parts, truing stand, cranks, look pedals, racks, derailleurs, freewheels, etc.
If I make the deal I'll have the equivalent of $475 invested.
Deal or no deal?

If they're all in riding condition and good paint/decals, etc., sounds good. Remember you can spend a lot on things like chains, tires, tubes, brake pads, bar tape, cables - plus time invested in repacking bearings, etc. Look closely at all those consumables - & make sure everything spins nicely & the seatposts and stems go up and down.
