Where to find a database of bikes produced in 80s?

Hi everybody...! I'm new here, so if this post is in the wrong place, I apologize! I have a kind of vague question to ask..... I would like to find out the make/model of a bike I owned as a kid in the late 80s. I don't have any info on it except for a description of the appearance, so I'm hoping I could find a website where I could browse images of kids bikes made in the late 80s, hoping to see one that looks like my bike. Does such a site exsist? I don't know if "late 80's" counts as "classic/vintage", so that's why I wonder if I might be in the wrong place.

Thanks, you guys!!

Aloha. I don't think you're going to find a site specifically targeting "kids bikes of the 80s". Your best bet is to check all the sites relating to classic/vintage and check their picture databases. www.oldroads.com has a very good database. You're going to have to do "the legwork". It would really help if you knew the make. I would say that late 80s bikes would qualify as classic/vintage status.

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.

Remember, it would help if you could describe some details, too. One speed? Coaster brakes? Kind of handlebars? Good luck with the search .
