Bikes: lots... even a Raleigh twenty !!!

Raleigh Prima

Can anyone please tell me about the Raleigh Prima I recently bought? It has a tiny frame smaller than a Raleigh Twenty, 451mm 1 1/8 rims, 5 spd Derailluer, and drop bars, which I suspect are not original. According to the Bikeman in the UK, www.thebikeman.co.uk/tr.htm the Prima usually came as small as 24inch rims, so what have I got here?

Would that be a bicycle for a child or young teenager?

As far as I know, it was brought from South Africa to Australia by a family for their young girl. So it would suit a child or a small teenager.
