good at identifying Peugeot models?

I'm trying to ID this frame set. the owner sent me the serial number Y712 19599. it is stamped on the rear drop out. from the number it should be 80's right? does the Y have any significance?

Broken record, but those look like aztec headlugs, sign of the UO-8!

Bikes: 1959 Capo Modell Campagnolo; 1960 Capo Sieger (2); 1962 Carlton Franco Suisse; 1970 Peugeot UO-8; 1982 Bianchi Campione d'Italia; 1988 Schwinn Project KOM-10;

I vote 1977 UO-8 (UO-9?), but that admittedly is inconsistent with the 8-digit serial number.

I don't think its worth that much either. He's trying to play it off like it's a highly sought after frame. for a minute I thought the Y might indicate PY-10, but a close look at the rear fork ends and Aztec lugs as mentioned above throw that out. I'm thinking $50 at the most...
