Colson Tandem
Have a Colson tandom that has been in the family for years. From the Colson info I can find probably pre war.
The rear steering tube is broken and I'm just getting into it to repair it. It is otherwise complete but paint and chrome are shot. Is this a bike worth anything? Or just fun to ride arond the neighborhood.
Any info appriciated.

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.
I think photos are going to be mandatory for this one

It will definitely be fun to ride around the neighborhood, and you'll find it an entertaining project, if you like this sort of thing. Don't throw anything away, even if it looks really bad. This old of a bike will have some bits you'll have to pay in blood for if you need a replacement. Me 'n East Hill, we are clearly visual people. Please round up a camera...we can help tell you how to post 'em here if you need help.
