Wheels and Tires

OK, abaout a year ago, a bike I'm fixing up for my mom was stolen. I got the bike back (I had to fight off a few kids to get her back) but they ruined the wheels. Where can I get American Made Wheels for a full size Huffy Eldorado? Also, the original American Made Carlisle Tires are dryrotting, where can I buy those?

They hit curbs hard and bent the rim inward, the local BMX shop usually can tru my wheels for my but they said they couldn't on this one. Well, the front one can be trued, but the rear one cannot
