Pay it forward...

We've had tremendous success with this on the corvetteforum so I propose a pay it forward thread Corvette style
Happy Holidays to everyone participating.

Rules:

#1: Anyone, (Giver), can offer as many gifts as they wish to give away for free.

#2: Only one gift can be claimed by each person, (Taker).

#3: This thread is for gifts only.

#4: NO REGIFTING OR SELLING ON EBAY OR CRAIGSLIST

The shipping of each gift will be paid by the Giver unless it falls under one of the three exclusions.

- Taker offers to pay for shipping based on size or distance.
- It's an unreasonably large or heavy gift requiring freight.
- Internationally shipped gifts.

Have fun everyone......

...let the giving begin.

I'm up first...

RIMS ARE GONE!!!

2-32 hole 700c rims.

1- brand new never used Matrix aurora double wall eyleted silver welded and machined sidewall

1- slightly used Mavic Reflex silver double walled eyelted SUP UB rim

Shipping is free if taken as a pair.....

Take some advice from me and be patient....I accepted a '70 sales brochure for my '70 Corvette only to have a brand new still in box set of reproduction stainless steel mufflers to be offered up a day later.....

I've got a 19" Windsor frame.
I believe it was once very nice, presently the paint is shot. It has fancy chrome lugs, fork tips and cap and chrome Suntour GS dropouts.
I planned on having it powder coated and built up for my son but he grew way to fast and it is a small frame.
Yours for the cost of shipping, parcel post should be cheap......

OK, one 1977 Canada-built Raleigh Grand Prix frame and fork, dark blue with medium blue panels, 60 cm c-t, with rough headset, questionable bottom bracket (both the dreaded 26 tpi) and cranks, for the price of shipping only. The frame is not spectacular in the decals department, but the paint isn't terrible, and there's no rust to speak of. The headset roughness could probably be fixed using common parts (bottom race and cup), and the BB felt fine while the crank was on, but kinda gritty once it was off. The Weinmann centerpulls and levers offered by dbaki would probably work on this frame, so I'd like miamijim's (the PIF admin) permission to lump them together if a giftee is so inclined.

Whoever takes it will actually be doing my family a favor -- I live in a small apartment and have somehow collected 4 bikes, when I can only store 3. If it's not taken here within a week or so, then I'll have to sacrifice to CraigsList locally.

Edit: still available for the taking, and a set of Weinmann centerpull calipers and levers is included, thanks to dbaki.

I'm on vaction out of town so I can't know the exact brand it's at home - but I have a Schwinn approved front brake from a 1969 Schwinn Paramount p-15 - it's a long reach center pull - not trash, but dirty.
