Durable clear touch-up paint?

This may sound crazy, but I like the "used" appearance of a mildly chipped paint job. I don't so much like rust. Is there a good, brushable touch-up paint that will go on clear and stay there over the bare metal? (Plus I don't have to worry about color matching pearlescent paint.)
