Technium Bottom Bracket Upgrade

I'm upgrading a Raleigh Technium, and I want to buy a perdiod (mid eighties?) campy record bottom bracket, or a modern Phil Wood bottom bracket. Is there an advantage to either? Which campy brackets would fit? Thanks in advance.

Phil Wood is the bottom bracket to get if you are sure that you want to keep your current cranks for the long term. The Phil unit is serviceable. The campy is well made but the cup and cone design will require more maintenance than the Phil.
