Or might be Athena. Monoplanar brakes also. I have two bikes with Athena, one has a labeled brakeset the other is unlabeled like the O.P. and my Chorus brakeset has white vinyl covered wheelguides on the pads while both Athena brakesets have the same style pads as the O.P. but his could be replacements.
