new fixie/ss/ project try to post some pictures,i'am guessing 60's vintage?,top tubes (two)are small and split and run back to the seat tube any ideas?.

Bikes: one of each

Yup, Monkey Wards. Generally made by Schwinn or Columbia or something like that. I think some were Europian like the Puch/Sears bikes but not that twin tube one you've got.
I had one in my misspent youth. only one speed and a coaster brake but I liked the geometry.
