I have a couple of venerable chains from the 80s (both Sedisport) that work fine, only I'd like to be able to remove them easily to clean/swap them. Does anyone know if the SRAM Power Link, or another one by KMC, Wipperman, etc would be compatible with these chains?

What's wrong with a Park chain tool, or something like that?

Nothing wrong with it; I have one and use it when I have to -- but it takes me long enough to get the chain off and on that way, that I just clean it on the bike. That's not my preferred method, 'cause it is messy to the rest of the bike. Would be a lot simpler to remove the chain more easily, and dunk-brush clean it.
