Go easy on him MJ. He's 23 and poor. That is a nice looking Peugeot. His CL posting is in an area with a large university and bike prices tend to be higher. Plus it has a generator and light to help you find your way back to your dorm after a night of partying on State St.

Bikes: so many

I have to admit to selling a worse bike for $150 today. Prices around here are NUTS right now. I've seen Varistys going for $180. Unreal.

It'd go for up $150 - $200 in the Washington D.C. Metro area - if carefully marketed. It's clean and has all the funky add on bits in good condition.

Our local Craigslist has a "Professionally Restored & Maintained Schwinn Collegiate - $375"

Why didn't you buy it? The seller only had one call, from me.
To bad for you...............
Because I live in Ottawa now. (Well, technically Quebec, as you can see underneath my username.)

Bikes: All kinds..

Well I sold it yesterday for $230, to a smoking hot 5'11 brunette volleyball chick. I gave her a $20 discount because she was so DANG FIT!

In this town (santa barbara) she got a pretty good deal for a bike like that in the condition. I had around 10 emails asking about the bike and 4 people come and look at it. I sold it with in a week! Im pretty happy, All the money is going towards a Canon 5d camera that cost $1800!!!

Donations are accepted. Haaaahaaaa

Luck to all trying to sell or buy..

Whoa!! Hold on! Let me get this straight. You sold your bike to a volleyball vixen to help finance a camera and you don't have a picture of the babe and her new bike to show us!

Hahah, was she a student? I go to UCSB. If I ever see that bike around, I'll make sure to pay attention to its rider.

And it isn't a beach cruiser, that must have made her doubly hot that she was looking to get a road bike and not one of those bike path-clogging beezy-mobiles that make it so dang difficult for me to lock up my bike without getting stabbed in the face by five foot wide handlebars.
