Woohoo! She's still a work in progress. Wheels and rear derailleur should be on her next week. I still find it amazing she's 22 or 23 years old.https://flickr.com/photos/24703341@N0...n/photostream/

Thanks, I really wish I didn't destroy the original fork for her. I'm not a huge fan of how that carbon fiber one looks, but I'll get over it

So is this a paintjob screwup? I originally didn't think so, but on the top of the down tube, there's some yellow overspray on the white paint.

Sweet looking Trek! As for the fork, MAYBE it could be painted? That is one thing I don't know if you can paint it or not, but couldn't hurt to look into. I would think so. PM Dr. Deltron, he seems to have just a "little" paint experience!

What are you doing for a wheelset? "Upgrading" to a 130mm hub? Even if stock, should be a sweet ride!

Thanks, I'm buying some used Campy Ventos from a friend. In silver of course. I have a little painting experience (I custom painted a motorcycle last year) but I've never done fade. If I could figure out how, I wouldn't mind painting it the orginal yellow/white fade.
