tri wheeler

anybody have any experience with schwinn tri wheelers? have to I cant get the back wheels off, i see that there is these little allen studs that hold it on but they look like somebody stripped them years ago. I am thinking i am gonna have to lace up new rims to the hubs right on the bike? should i try to drill them out or something off that nature? thanks

How about it, Schwinn folks?

Anyone know how to help Blake?
