Merckx headset
Hi,
Can anyone recommend a headset for a 1986 Merckx Corsa Extra that will be built with a Dura Ace group? I am fairly certain I will need an Italian threaded headset. Thanks.

Either an Ultegra or Dura-Ace 1" threaded headset would work fine. I've also got the Tange Levin on one of my bikes, but the finish is nicer on the Shimano ones. For big bucks, Chris King still makes 1" threaded head sets as well.
