trek 560 help needed

i have an 83 trek 560, with 84 decals and components. i guess it was a late 83. i just stripped the frame and i'm looking for a mint emblem and new decals, otherwise i will just upgrade the components and paint it a fun color

Repro decals may be tough to get. The guy that runs the vintage trek site seems to be helpfull. I had a 1983 560 I loved that bike. I put it in a garage sale at what I thought was an excessive price- it was tested twice and then they gave me cash. (oops)

i have an 84 trek 560 and yeah, its pretty much impossible to get them if not totally expensive and not worth it.

I got a set of decals for my 84 Trek 500 from JR and they're not that different from the 560's. He's easy to work with but sometimes you'll wait a bit to hear from him if you want something special. He's got his website up and running so you might be able to find what you're looking for right there:
