Bikes: Chesini X-Uno, etc.....

The seller might just be moving a garage sale find. At least it's not being sold as a hacked-up fixed job or SS.

So turn the bars back where they belong and you have a nice old bike. Who knows, it may go cheap. Frame is way too big for me, so I will not be bidding.

"Horns up" handlebars are a kind of patina on a bicycle. They tell us a little something about the previous owner. Hiccup!

If this is "must-see," come to Miami.

I'm more put off by 'Campagnol-a' than the bars.

My favorite Dodger was Roy Campanello.

Look kind of unnatural? Yeah, I don't know. The pictures are ones Mark Agree scanned and posted to wooljersey.com. The topic here of upturned handlebars reminded me of one that came up a couple of years ago on the Classic Rendezvous list.

Beats me. It's not the most flattering picture of Fausto Coppi, is it? Sweaty, eating a sandwich and seemingly surprised at having his picture taken.
