Odd seat position. If tires chain and lube are all it really needs, and if it is not too rusty, its probably worth $25.

Yeah, put a seatpost in it instead if just bolting the saddle to the frame.

Maybe it's the poor pic, but something looks a bit wavy about that front fork.

I think the bike might have been stored under that wooden platform for that last few decades.

Seems like all the reasonably priced bikes on the SF Bay CL are either in Santa Cruz or Sebastapol anymore. Trouble is, by the time you figure in the gas to get there, they aren't such a bargain.
